Rigorous quality control is extremely important at every stage of the marketing research, as well as making research process transparent to the Customer. That importance is rooted in the fact that business decisions of the Customer are going to depend on the results of said research, so having full confidence in data validity is paramount.
Quality Control in Rusopros MA is implemented with proprietary standards, built upon the principles of ESOMAR international code, and verified by ISO 9001:2015 certificate of quality management system.

Street and pavilion polls
Street and pavilion polls are conducted either on paper with selective telephone control on per-interview basis, or on tablet PCs with audio recording during the interviews (audio records being provided to the Customer in both cases).
Qualitative research
Qualitative research is conducted with obligatory video and audio recording (provided to the Customer). Unique Respondent Recruitment System was developed by Rusopros MA for recruitment quality control. In RRS, double control of recruitment was implemented, filtering out 99% of "professional respondent" recruitment cases, as well as casual recruiter mistakes.
Online Panel Surveys (CAWI)
Online Panel Surveys (CAWI) are conducted with professional survey software which allows Customer access to administrator panel in order to observe quota and questionnaire fulfilment in real time. Apart from numerous other checks, upon field closure we control questionnaire fulfilment time (no less than the minimum possible) and internal logic.
