Voice Bot Oksana

It is a complex software product capable of meaningful dialogue with the respondent, difficult to distinguish from communication with a call center operator. Such software, known as a telephone robot, is used by many companies to process incoming calls and filter out typical customer requests. Oksana was originally designed directly for conducting sociological surveys of consumers (unlike many other solutions existing on the market), but other options for use in enterprises were further developed.   • Conversion up to 29%* of the number of contacts – the robot developed by our company conducts a meaningful, lively dialogue with the respondent, due to which it shows an extremely high conversion. Call performance is not significantly inferior to live operators;
  • From 30 parallel processes – for each project, the ability to launch 30 or more robot operators at a time, which non-stop make calls in a given time range;
  • The possibility of quotas – upon reaching the desired number of completed questionnaires, the robot stops its work, notifying the system administrator. Thus, no extra call will be made.

How the project work is arranged

Like any other voice bot, the goal and purpose of which is aimed at communication with customers, Oksana is programmed taking into account the scenario of the conversation. Our analysts will develop a suitable questionnaire for the tasks of your company, the duration of which should not exceed 3-5 questions. The use of longer tools is possible for tracking projects (i.e., conducted on a regular basis).
