Accompanied purchase can be carried out in any outlet, supermarket, shopping center, as well as when shopping in online stores.
This method allows you to find out the smallest details that affect the process of making a purchase, details that the respondent will not be able to recognize and convey without being in the right setting.Adaptability, flexibility, and freedom of choice given to the consumer allow to collect more data during the study.
The technique can be widely modified in accordance with the tasks of the client, the duration of observation varies. Shop along may be implemented as a non-included or included observation, mainly accompanied by in-depth interviews.
